Been going there since I was a kid will continue to support this company.

My dog has gone here her entire life, and they've charged me all kinds of money. The last time I went in, they made me give her a rabies shot when I knew she was about to die — probably in less than a month. I made an appointment and told them I needed 4:30. They told me they have emergency appointments at 4:30, so I should book for 4:00 instead. Then they called me at 4:15 and told me I'd have to reschedule putting my dog down until tomorrow, because the doctor says I'm late — even though I asked for 4:30 in the first place. This place is disgusting. I can't believe these people. They're cruel. I hope they all lose their jobs. They don't need to be tending to animals, because they do not care about them.

As someone in the medical field who understands good surgical techniques I absolutely must warn anyone considering this veterinary clinic to look elsewhere. Our dog underwent a very routine removal of two very small benign cysts. Not only was the start of the procedure delayed by 6 hours, the result was- how to say this somewhat decently - amateur at best. Several days after the procedure (again an extremely routine superficial cyst removal that a 1st year resident could execute with confidence) we found ourselves at the CSU emergency clinic as the one continuous suture used had fallen out. We monitored our pup 24/7, had the cone on etc and simply watched the one long suture undo itself in just a couple days. As someone who performs surgeries myself this was substandard technique and after considering the extremely late start to the procedure and the then hurried nature it became clear - this is a corporate run office, They stack up surgeries, and when running behind cut corners (such as running a single continuous suture vs layers with interrupteds or mattress type). This was reiterated by the very knowledgeable vet at CSU who stated “this was extremely poor suturing that had zero chance of lasting long enough for this dog to heal. After having to shell out another 2k in emergency costs we approached blue sky to see if they would be willing to help to which they stated- we stand behind our work Well blue sky - shame on you for not caring about the animals entrusted to your care or their families. I know bad medicine when I see it and this was a rushed surgery with poor techniques utilized and lazy subpar suturing resulting in additional pain and suffering for our pet as well as significant financial consequences. We will never set foot in this corporate dollar focused clinic again and I recommend you take your pet anywhere else if you care about them as much as we for ours . From one doc to another - you should take a hiatus and remind yourself of why you’re in this profession - to help animals and families not chase dollars

This clinic is the best. I have been going there for over 30 years and have never been disappointed. Assistants very knowledgeable and caring. Receptionists very friendly and helpful. Vets are very caring, knowledgeable, and helpful. They keep up on new products and care.
