I came in a few days ago after I made an appointment for my new puppy. The admin staff I experienced was dismissive and rude. She said she saw the records I had sent the day before but she couldn't read it so it would be up to the vet to decide what to do. I asked why I wasn't replied to so I could have brought them in person and she rolled her eyes "Sorry!" (Not genuine but how a kid does). They had me walk over to the machine that weighs him. They glance from across the room. 3 other staff witnessed and didn't even look up. A man shushed my dog because he was reactive and I wanted to cry so I left. I had checked in and everything. No call no nothing after I left. They didn't care. They must have all the people they want there. I thought about calling or writing the vet because they are always wonderful with my other dog but all the emails and calls go through the admin first. I felt so dismissed and like I was an inconvenience.

After moving from out of state, I was nervous about finding a new vet but saw Worthington had great reviews. We have been faithfully with them for 3 years now and I can’t imagine going elsewhere. They take such great care of all of our pets, especially having patience and love with our shy rescues.
